Managing Director
Alastair is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with in excess of 17 years’ experience working in the construction industry.
Alastair obtained 8-years of site-based construction experience working for a multi-national main contractor on a wide variety of construction projects in the commercial, leisure, retail and nuclear sectors.
Prior to founding MCP Monitoring Surveyors in 2017, Alastair worked for a national construction consultancy firm, providing Monitoring Surveying Services on behalf of high street lenders.
Simon Pitman MRICS
Associate Director
Simon is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with in excess of 12 years’ experience working in the construction industry.
Simon obtained 6-years of site-based construction experience working for main contractors and a on a wide variety of construction projects in the residential, leisure and nuclear sectors.
Prior to joining MCP Monitoring Surveyors in 2019, Simon worked for a national construction consultancy firm, providing Monitoring Surveying Services on behalf of lenders.
